The Investors in People Awards have been independently assessed and verified as a Gold trusted awards scheme by The Independent Awards Standards Council. 2019 was the biggest year to date, with well over 300 entries and to be named as a Finalist this year is a remarkable achievement.

Benchmark gained Platinum accreditation against the Investors in People Standard at the start of 2019, demonstrating its commitment to high performance through good people management.

The IIP Platinum accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard and is currently held by only 1% of IIP accredited organisations.
