Benchmark has recently completed its annual staff survey, now in its 9th year. Highlights from the survey include:

92% of its Team are proud to work for the Company

90% of the Team believe their work gives them a feeling of personal achievement

92% of the Team enjoy good working relationships with their colleagues

94% of the Team enjoy a good working relationship with their Team Leader / Manager.

The survey results were good across a number of areas, notably: Our Company / Leadership / Communication / Rewards & Recognition.

However as noted by its Managing Director, Jeremy Rodway – Smith – “We can always keep improving and there are still many areas to focus on, so that we become more efficient!”
