We see our suppliers as an integral part of our own team and choose them with care to ensure they meet the Benchmark standards. All our suppliers are subject to a rigorous vetting procedure. Subject to them meeting our strict criteria, they are then held on a preferred supplier list. We have standard contractual terms and provide regular feedback to encourage development. They also undergo an annual appraisal against set standards. They are included in our internal communication processes, enabling them to embrace the vision, mission and values of our Company.
