It is demonstrated through our Vision, Mission and Values which were developed after consultation with all our employees.

We believe that giving back to the communities in which we operate is fundamental to our business. We actively encourage our people in volunteering efforts. Our community engagement is focussed upon providing support to nominated organisations thorough the deployment of our people’s time. Our people are also encouraged to contribute their own time to these and any other organisations of their choice. In 2017/2018 we are proud to have contributed over £5152 to nominated community activities, with nearly £3500 raised for The Shakespeare Hospice – our nominated Charity of the Year!
